Dorrance H. Hamilton Gallery

An integral part of the greater Newport cultural community, the Dorrance H. Hamilton Gallery features the work of outstanding artists from the region, the country and the world. Annual student exhibitions give art majors the opportunity to present their work in a professional forum, while the visiting artist program provides students with access to professional artists from a variety of disciplines.

"BOSS: Best of Salve Students"

More than 70 student works in media ranging from graphic design to ceramics to painting were displayed as part of BOSS 2010, the annual Best of Salve Students juried exhibit. "Inkless Dancer," an acrylic drawing by Elise Jones '11, won first place in the drawing category and was also named Best in Show.
